My favorite brownie recipe is one that makes rich, gooey, fudgy, and chewy brownies! This brownie recipe is so rich and moist and is not cakey. You will get bursts of moist chocolate with every bite! Give my rich chocolate brownie recipe a try! You will not regret it! Drizzle some chocolate over it to make it the ultimate chocolate dessert or pair it up with ice cream for the best dessert!
I love biting into brownies that have a burst of melted chocolate oozing out. The trick to getting the chocolate to be melted and oozing in your brownies is to have pieces of non-melted chocolate in your brownie batter. Incorporating the chocolate pieces allow the chocolate to slowly melt in the oven, and that creates the oozing of chocolate as you take a bite out of your rich dessert.
Some people may not want their brownies to be too fudgy so some may prefer to bake the brownies longer than the recommended time in this recipe; however, to get the chewy and fudgy brownie texture, you want to make sure you do not over bake your batter in the oven.
A method to not over bake your brownie but still get a more baked texture is to bake the brownies at the recommended time in this recipe, then take your brownies out and cover with a tin foil for a few hours or overnight. This allows the heat to continue to cook the brownies outside of the oven as it is cooling down.
Pair your brownies with ice cream for an extra amazing dessert! You can go crazy with chocolate by drizzling chocolate syrup over the brownies too. Chocolate lovers will not be disappointed!
