1boxvanilla instant pudding mix (3.3 oz)(will be using half the box, but you may add more for desired stiffness)

Instructions
Vanilla Cupcake
Prep your oven by preheating it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Add cupcake liners to your cupcake pan.
In a large bowl, combine cupcake ingredients together. Use an electric hand mixer or standing mixer to mix until the batter is smooth.
Pour or spoon the cupcake batter into the cupcake liner filling it up 3/4 of the cupcake liner.
Bake cupcakes in your preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the batter is baked. You may use a toothpick to insert into the middle of the cupcake to check if it is fully baked. The toothpick should come out clean if the batter is fully baked.Let cupcakes cool before frosting.
Whipped Cream Frosting
Using an electric hand mixer or an electric stand mixer, beat the 4 cups of heavy whipping cream on high until peaks form. Add in 2/3 cups of confectioners' sugar and mix well into the whipped cream. Add half a package of the vanilla instant pudding mix and mix well. The pudding mix adds stiffness to your whipped cream frosting. If you desire a stiffer frosting, add more instant pudding until desired texture is achieved. If the frosting is too stiff or thick, add in milk one tablespoon at a time and mix whipped frosting back to peak. Add in your red gel food coloring and mix until desired color is achieved.
