Low Carb Chocolate Protein Mug Cake, Protein Powder Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 30 grams chocolate protein powder I used vegan chocolate protein powder, Women's Best brand
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 7 tablespoon almond milk or water
  • ½ teaspoon coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all your ingredients into a large mug. Mix well using a fork or spoon until batter is smooth.
  • If the mug cake mixture is too thick for you, you may add one tablespoon of almond milk (or water) until desired consistency is reached.
  • Microwave for 60-90 seconds. Then, let cool for 30 seconds. Batter should be mostly dry to the touch and have a cakey texture.
  • OPTIONAL: Add chopped or shaved chocolate on top as desired.
