Banana Muffin Recipe

Fluffy Banana Muffin Recipe

Make moist, fluffy, and delicious banana muffins with this easy recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • cup butter at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 large bananas ripped
  • 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Prep your oven by preheating it to 350° Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, cream together ⅓ cup of butter, ¾ cup white granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 egg until smooth.
  • Mash your 3 ripe bananas in a separate bowl then add the mashed bananas into your creamed butter batter.
  • Adding 1 ½ cup of flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt to your creamed butter batter. Use a hand mixer to quickly mix the batter until smooth. Do not over mix your batter.
  • Lightly spray to coat the muffin pan with non-stick spray or oil or use cupcake paper liners to line the muffin pan. Fill each muffin pan ¾ way up with your muffin batter.
  • Bake for 25 minutes in your preheated oven.
