Easy Taco Cups, Muffin Tin Tacos

Make these super easy and affordable appetizer for your next party! Taco cups, also known as Muffin Tin Tacos, are going to be a big hit at your party!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 large tortilla
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • diced tomato as desired
  • chopped green onion as desired
  • shredded cheddar cheese as desired

Instructions
 

  • Prep your oven by preheating it to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • While oven is preheating, heat up a large skillet on your stove top on medium heat. Add your 1 lb of ground beef and cook until brown. Add in one package of your taco seasoning. Mix well with your browned meat. Turn off the heat on your stove and set meat aside.
  • Evenly cut the flour tortillas into 4 quarters.
  • Line each of your muffin cup with a tortilla quarter. Make sure to press the tortilla down into the muffin cup so that when it bakes, it will keep a cup shape.
  • Put the muffin tray into the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until you see the edges golden brown. Keep an eye on the tortillas to make sure they are not burnt. Remove the muffin tray from the oven.
  • Use a spoon and fill each tortilla cup with your taco meat mixture. Top with diced tomato, chopped green onion, and sprinkle cheddar cheese.
    Serve with your favorite salsa or tabasco sauce.
