My Best Chocolate Chip Cookies, No Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chip

Instructions
 

  • Prep your oven preheating the oven at 350° Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, cream together all your wet ingredients (oil, egg, vanilla extract) and sugar with a hand mixer. Make sure there are no clumps and that your mixture is smooth.
  • Add in your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) to your wet mixture and mix well with a hand mixer. Make sure there are no clumps and that your mixture is smooth.
  • Add your chocolate chips into the bowl of batter, and fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
  • Use a spoon to portion out about 1-1.5 Tbsp of cookie batter, shape it to a round ball, and place it onto your un-greased cookie sheet. Space out the cookie dough at least one inch apart to prevent it from merging into each other when baked.
  • Bake for about 10 mins in your preheated oven. Once cookies are done baking, allow the cookies to cool down.
